What is your shipping Policy?
For Prints:
Production time is about 5 days and shipping is another 1-7 days depending on the shipping option you chose at check out. With our print fulfillment partner’s favorable central location, 85% of the lower 48 experience shipping times of 3 business days with standard shipping. International orders typically arrive within 6-10 business via USPS Priority Mail.
The shipping price is calculated based on a weight coefficient of each item and is set by the printer.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, my fulfillment partner is experiencing an increase in production times. Not only do the extra deep-cleaning and sanitizing measures take time away from printing your order, but they are also experiencing an incredibly high volume of orders. As I write this, that delay is about an additional 5 days. But be advised, the situation is in flux.
And of course shippers are experiencing delays as well.
They are all working as efficiently as possible while following guidelines to ensure the safety of their workers.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time.
For Original paintings:
Domestic USA shipping is included in the purchase price. We use a local service that will professionally and securely package your painting and ship via ground. For faster service and international orders, you must contact us for a quote which will be an additional charge.
What is your Policy on Cancelations/Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
Your order can be canceled provided that it has not gone into production. There’s a 15% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled because we have already paid some nonrefundable fees.
Generally, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If there is shipping damage or other extraordinary consideration please contact us and include your order number and a brief description of what’s going on. We will get back to you to see how we can help. We do want you to be satisfied with your purchase
